This soup is my very favorite! I have tried most of these soups and they are ALL very tasty and not a lot of work for busy families. The favors come together very nicely. Cajun rice soup is my family’s favorite soup. It is super quick, so on nights I forgot to meal plan this soup always comes to my rescue. I love how it has veggies as well. I always have a can of beans and canned chicken in hand too and it adds just the right amount to make it a very filling and tasty meal. In fact, we just had this soup tonight. We came back from a trip, so no food in the fridge and Cajun soup to the rescue again.
